Happy (Gregorian calendar) New Year!
We hope things are going well with your creating! If you need support/resources, here is the beta and cheerleader post. Feel free to ask there for encouragement or other help.
Since assignments are due January 18th, we've already reached the mid-point of this exchange and need you to check in. Please reply to this post (open for non-Dreamwidth users as well) answering the following questions:
AO3 name:
Are you still participating? Yes/No
(Optional) Tell us something about your work so far: if you are excited, worried, have barely started, finished 4 different works, tried something new - share the feels and let's encourage each other!
Please copy and paste the following code into your comment:
Do you need to drop out?
No worries, life happens! Please let us know either here on this post or email us at sundial.exchange@gmail.com . Don't feel bad; the earlier we know, the easier it is for us to find pinch hitters! (Any pinch hits will be posted to this comm.)
Have you already finished your gift fanwork?
You're amazing! We've created an Archive Of Our Own collection for this exchange which can be found here: Sundial Exchange 2020 sub-collection. Click on "post to collection" to add your work, or check out this tutorial for more detailed instructions. Works submitted will not be revealed to the public until CNY on the 25th.
If you need to create an AO3 account and don't have an invite or if you encounter posting problems, please reach out to us.
Furthermore, have you considered making treats? Here’s The Letters post where you might find further inspiration for extra delights. (Treats can be submitted to the AO3 collection in the same way as above.)
This post is open for comments even for people who don't have DW account (just make sure to include your AO3 name in the check-in).
Please note that if you haven't checked-in with us in any way by January 10th we will consider it as a drop-out and will send your assignment out to pinch hitters.
Thank you and happy creating!
