Sundial Exchange - for Guardian and related canons

Hi, just a couple of questions about treats:

1. Do the same minimums apply for treats?

2. Since sign-ups are done via google forms, are the requests going to be posted anywhere for the purposes of treating, or should treats just be done off letters?
