I gave it a try...and it took me quite a while to bond
Nice to know I'm not the only one who took a while to warm. Re-watching the first episodes, I don't understand why, but... yeah. *fistbump*

When I rewatch the early episodes, I do see why I didn't fall for the show right away personally, but that doesn't mean I don't love those episodes now! There's so much strong thematic stuff going on, and everything is so weighty and precious with context.
