The parallels are so strongg! My first fanart for this fandom was an eye-swap XXXHolic AU because we all KNOW how the whole blindness arc would have ended under CLAMP supervision. ;__;

So true re: the parallels! Tbh, I think the reason Guardian appeals to me so strongly is because it reminds me more of an anime or manga than a manhua/donghua/danmei.
